Gusset фланг, частично срезанный (фр. gousset, the armpit): эта фигура, как и gore, встречается обычно как с левой, так и с правой стороны. В первом случае (когда цвет ржавчины sanguine) –это понижающая метка за адюльтер, во втором случае – понижающая метка за пьянство. Иногда эта фигура бывает знаком чести. Когда эта фигура внизу щита, - тогда предпочтительнее использовать термин graft.
