BUGLE-HORN, or HUNTING-HORN, also termed Hanchet. P. 43, f. 21, No. 4.
When said to be strung and garnished it is represented as f. 24. The Garnishing consists of verolls round the horn, and is sometimes termed verolled, when there is no string it is sometimes blazoned a Bugle-horn sans strings. (ELVN)
Bugle-horn
Bugle-horn, or hanchet(fr. huchet):
